In 1990, the company rebranded as Tri-State Oil Company, Inc., marking a new chapter of growth and expansion. To better serve its customers across Southeast Louisiana and the Gulf Coast, the company relocated its operations to Belle Chasse, Louisiana, in 1997, where it remains today.
