TSO provides 24 hour a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year service. 

Order Handling:  All orders are processed by our professional inside sales group.  Orders are usually called in, faxed or brought in by our sales personnel.  Items ordered from stock are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Specialty items requested and not in stock will be ordered if customer request TSO to do so.  Non-stock items ordered are scheduled for delivery to customer predicated on delivery time from our source. If you require your orders to be referenced by a purchase order number or job number, please include this information with the initial order.

After Hours: We utilize a Voice Mail System with automatic paging for service on after hour calls.  All of our sales personnel have pagers as well.  We have (2) Delivery Coordinators that rotate shifts.
