TSO has been in
business for 38 years.
A brief timeline of our growth:

2001 |
|

|
Sunoco sold Kendall Oil and
their customer list to Tosco. With this new acquisition,
Sunoco brand was dropped from the product line and in mid 2001
Tosco offered the 76 brand to TSO, which they elected to add to
their product line. |

TSO became a Dual Branded
Distributor with the addition of Sunoco and Kendall Lubricants.

|
Purchased by J. F. Gasquet
and renamed Tri-State Oil Co., Inc., remained a Conoco
Distributor. |

| |

|
Sold to Alcous Stewart,
renamed SAK Petroleum remained a Conoco Distributor. |

Products Storage:
Our Belle
Chasse facility has a 10,000 square foot, fully racked (pallet)
warehouse, tote and tank storage in gated area behind warehouse. We
just completed a bulk plant expansion improvement, which consist of
twelve bulk storage tanks ranging in size from 3,800 gallon to 10,000
gallon capacity with measured filling devices and dedicated product
lines and pumps.
